I don't know if that's the technical term for it, but it's harder to use because that shedding makes the thread get caught up on itself and everything else. It's hard to keep stitches tight on my welding PPE repairs.

Awesome thread! I used it to repair a corner of a Sun sail where the thread ripped. After watching several videos and mostly relearning to use a sewing machine, it worked great! Top notch thread!

I had to repair some ski boots where some stitching got cut by the metal edges of my skis. This was perfect because the material was so stiff, I couldn't pull the normal polyester thread tight enough to close the gap.

This stuff is great. I already used it to hang stuff up and sew a belt together. I plan on using it to sew a backpack together in the future. There's so much thread, I feel like this will last me forever.
