Everytime u grab toilet paper it falls off holder. Pretty useless item.

This puts together easily and just works.I did put two linked hair elastics around the ends of the posts that stick out just to keep it from coming off when pulling on it, just in case. It hooks on a cart that I have next to my toilet. I'm happy with it.
