Had this water filter for 9 months and everything was great until I changed the filter. There was slime in the casing. It was disgusting. Cleaned the casing and installed new filter. I would really like to know if this is normal. If it happens again I will purchase a different water filter.

This is the best investment I've made in a very long time. No more buying plastic water bottles. I don't want to be a contributor to killing the planet filling it up plastic bottles. I want our planet to recovered. We need to go back to basics to make sure our planet last longer. Let's go green. The water taste's just like bottle spring water. It's cold from my faucet, its sweet, and the filter it only needs changing every 6 months. Not bad.

I even went searching at hardware stores but cant get it installed because my kitchen sink is non standard and my other faucets are recessed into the spigot head. It's been sitting under my sink incase I ever change out my faucet for a different model. Frustrating

I am amazed by the quality and performance of this product. Best water filter I have ever had! I'll never waste my money again on faucet filters--you know the one's. The price for this countertop filter is insanely low. How do they do it--who knows--who cares? My tap water tastes and smells great!
