I have done batchs of 16 eggs and they come out great. I have also steamed broccoli, 4 minutes from when the steam started and it was perfect!

It did hard boiled perfectly but I tried poached and the 10 minute suggestion should be closer to 7 or 8 minutes. I like that I can do a dozen eggs at a time. I never get it right in a pot of boiling water. This takes the fact that I usually mess it up and makes cooking the eggs pretty easy with the same results every time.

This is a handy tool but I’m still trying to get the timing right. Using the books cooking time was too much for my poached eggs but not done when I used less time. Still trying to figure it out
