I got this for my 90 yr old father who keeps losing his expensive ones. I used to have to yell at him for him to hear what I was saying. He has only had this for a couple of days, but I can tell you, it has helped a lot. I no longer have to yell at him for him to hear me. we haven't tried it in public yet but I am hopeful

I love it and need to use it for the fact I dont have another. But it is very big for me. I have a small head and the aide does not rest at the top of my ear. It would work great if I was not as active such as just watching tv..but moving about at work it is not secure and I have to fiddle with it to keep it from falling off.
