It was a reasonable price and seemed easy to use. I brought it to work, soaked it in a sturdy water bottle and turned it on (there were no instructions in the box). I use it every day while at work and I have noticed a huge difference in my breathing. Besides being effective and easy to use, it's really cute and I have had a bunch of compliments on it.
