Yes, this is an expensive flashlight. If your job or life depends upon seeing at night you can trust the Streamlight to preform. Word of caution, when the battery is done it is done, the flashlight will go direct out. Maintain your equipment properly and you wouldn't have a problem. Comes with an extra battery and car (DC) charging system. With the two batteries and a smaller Streamlight for vehicle searches I have found I do not need the car charging system (good to know I have it in the gear bag). The Stinger is good for backyard, wearhouse, street, and other large space illumination. Stinger is too much for house clearing, will stun when directly shined on a person.

This flash light has been worth the investment. I use it for hunting, hiking, and all things outdoors. It has a solid tough build, yet compact and easily slides into my backpack. Lights up the night sky.
