I love cooking and this product is my new kitchen helper preparing fresh ground meat. It is very easy to install and not a hassle to wash. This was in my wife's dream list to have, and finally got one. So easy to follow direction and to assemble and install on her kitchenaid. This is not kitchen aid brand but fits perfectly on her mixer. Cant wait to use it and show how it works. Thank you.
