I ordered this on a whim because it has the ability to mince and slice garlic. I just received it and rushed to see if it works. It does!!!!! It is fantastic, plastic yes but really sturdy. The sliced garlic is thinner than I could ever achieve with a knife. The minced section is what I would normally expect. Cleaning is breeze, just a rinse under the faucet. I would highly recommend as a great 2 in 1 tool.
