We keep it in the oven full time. When making pizza we use a sheet of parchment paper between the stone and the pizza. The stone never gets dirty and just sits on the lower rack when not being used for pizza. Stone came well packaged and had very good first impression.
Outstanding pizza stone.
Just perfect size, it's large so it's easy to use, pizzas come out excellent. If you do pizza in your kitchen this is a must have. I'd highly recommend this to all my friends and family. You'll be amazed.
