Straight out of the box, did not work
Not to happy, got no brush or manual with it when it clearly says u get them. Now I'm wondering if this was a return and refurbished.

Larger than I thought
Larger than I had expected.Fly got into my room. First time I left with only this on and the fly was still there whenL I got back. 2nd time did the same thing and the fly was kaput, taken out by this.

Works great but I don’t like how you empty the bugs out, it’s a weird twist off on the Bottom. Other than that I love how well this takes care of any bug problem.
