I do really like the way the food comes out. I must admit though, that I find it hard to figure out. I have to fiddle with it, but I'm still new to it. I am one of those people who only read instructions when all else fails. In this case, I didn't find the instructions too helpful and went back to hit and miss.
Couldnt be happier
Everything has been awesome. We even cook our breakfast items on different racks all together; eggs, potatoes, toast and bacon. Easy to clean which is huge. At first we were disappointed that there wasn't a rotisserie but our whole chicken turned out fantastic!
